Policy

• Zero tolerance for alcohol and illegal drugs while on shift, on call, or driving a Byron Rides vehicle.
• No driving if affected by prescription or over-the-counter medication that impacts alertness or reaction time. If unsure, inform the manager before your shift.

Testing (if adopted)
Byron Rides may require reasonable testing after a serious incident, where lawful and practicable, or where required by insurers or contracts.

Disciplinary action
Breaches may result in removal from duty and may lead to termination of engagement.
